The vision behind Gulbenes Bowling has deep roots. For over 20 years, the idea lived as a dream — sketched out, shaped in conversations, and even partially assembled in a garage. On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, SIA RUBATE finally brought that dream to life, investing in what is now a vibrant gathering place for locals of all ages.
